Middleby Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4601AD-3CR_NG, is a heavy-duty commercial range for high-volume kitchens, with four patented clog-free open burners, a 36" right-side charbroiler, and a standard oven base. It runs on natural gas at 305,000 total BTU, is 60-3/4" wide by 43.6" deep, and needs 120V/3PH power for ignition; clearances are 10" on the sides and rear, so it’s a floor unit for an indoor full-service line rather than a compact counter piece. The oven section is a 45,000 BTU standard oven with standing pilot, 175°F–550°F thermostat, porcelain cavity sized for full-size pans, and one rack with 2-position side rails; stainless front and sides, factory regulator, manual gas shut-off, and removable cast-iron grates round out the build.
