Gas Steam Kettle, Tilt Tri-Leg. KTLG-80_NG. The KTLG-80 kettle has a capacity of 80 gallons [302.8 liters]. The KTLG-80 and KTLG-100 kettles have a lower 2/3 steam jacket. The Southbend KTLG-80 and KTLG-100 gas steam kettles are gas-fired. The KTLG-80 and KTLG-100 kettle gas supply rating is 150,000 BTU/hr. gas supply pressure for natural gas is 6–14 in. W.C. [152–356 mm]. The KTLG-80 and KTLG-100 gas steam kettles operate on a rated supply voltage of 120 VAC. a total maximum current draw of 4.0 A. Standard controls include a water sight glass, cooking light, pressure gauge, electronic ignition with ignition indicator light, motor ON/OFF switch with indicator light, and tilt switch. The kettle pivots on trunnions connected to the power tilt mechanism and control consoles; the tilt mechanism allows the kettle to tilt past 90° for complete emptying. The console is drip proof, stainless steel clad, and supported on all-welded 1-5/8” (41 mm) diameter stainless-steel legs with flanged feet for securing to the floor.
