The Southbend 32-inch sectional range has a full-width griddle. The P32A-GG sectional-range model configuration has a manual griddle. The P32A-GG and P32A-TT model configurations each have a convection-oven base. The 1-inch-thick griddle plate has side and rear splashers. The convection oven interior measures 26 inches wide. The convection oven interior measures 14 inches high. The convection oven interior measures 24 inches deep. The convection oven has five rack positions. The 32-inch sectional range's gas burners use battery spark ignition. The ovens in the oven-base models use standing pilots. The range's exterior front, sides, rear and bottom are constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel. The Southbend P32 range requires a minimum gas supply pressure of 11 in W.C. for propane.
