French Top Range Over A Provection Oven. IHR-2FT-P_NG. Natural Gas. gas input btu: 122000. The French tops use circular cast-iron rings and lift-off covers, with the rings directly over the burners. Pans can be placed directly on the intense open flame when the covers are removed. Each top burner on IHR-2FT models is rated at 35,000 BTU/hr (10 kW). Each French-top burner has manual controls. Each French top in the Imperial IHR-2FT model's French-top configuration is 18 inches in size. Covers are included with the French tops in the Imperial IHR-2FT model's top configuration. The stainless steel seams are welded and polished.
