Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range on propane with a convection oven base, built for commercial kitchen use and high-output line cooking. It has six patented non-clog burners, a 24" raised manual griddle/broiler on the right, and two convection ovens underneath, so it fits high-volume production better than a simple top-only range. Power is gas with 115V, 3-phase electrical at 5.9 amps for the oven motors/ignition, and the heavy floor unit measures 60.75"W x 42.13"D x 59.5"H, with stainless front and sides, standing pilots, front manual gas shut-off, and factory regulator.
