The Southbend Counterline charbroiler is a countertop model. HDC-18. HDC-18 and HDCL-18 charbroilers are listed for propane-gas input of 60,000 BTU/hr. HDC and HDCL units must be installed under a vented hood. Each HDC and HDCL unit using propane requires a minimum supply pressure of 11 inches W.C. Each HDC and HDCL unit has a 3/4-inch gas connection. The charbroiler has an exterior finish with front and sides constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel; the bottom and rear are aluminized steel. The supplied cooking grates are cast iron. The charbroiler's cooking grates are removable and two-sided. Each straight burner is controlled by a gas valve for independent flame control. The charbroiler has a stainless steel, full-width crumb tray.
