Imperial® Pro Series IR-2-G24T-EW is a 36" freestanding electric range with a standard oven, built for commercial indoor use and set up on 6" legs with adjustable feet. It combines two sealed wafer plate sections with a 24" thermostatic griddle over one oven, running on 208V, 3-phase power at 18.8 kW/56A, so it fits a higher-volume line that needs multiple cook zones rather than a compact countertop unit. Standout points are the 650°F max wafer plates, infinite heat controls, sealed spill-resistant surface, heavy-duty 1/2" griddle plate with grease trough/can, and a porcelainized oven interior with a chrome rack for standard sheet pans; 480V is also available.
