The Southbend Platinum Pro Series standard electric convection oven has a double-deck configuration. The PCE-S-PRO-DOUBLE assembly includes two oven decks. Each Southbend Platinum Pro Series oven has 11 different rack positions. The Southbend Platinum Pro Series electric heating elements have a combined rating of 11 kW per deck. The Southbend Platinum Pro Series ovens are available for 240 VAC supply. The PCE-S-PRO electric oven models are available for single-phase or three-phase operation, specified upon ordering. Each Southbend Platinum Pro Series oven has a two-speed fan motor. The Southbend Platinum Pro Series control panel is on the front, at the right side of the oven. The oven has a stainless steel front, top, and sides. The oven interior has a porcelain enamel finish and is coved and fastener-free.
