Imperial’s IR-4-G12T-EW-XB is a 36-inch freestanding commercial electric range with storage base: four sealed wafer electric elements in front/rear layout plus a 12-inch thermostatic griddle over an open cabinet. It runs on 240V, 3-phase, 18 kW/48 amps, so it fits a hardwired high-volume line more than a light-duty counter unit, and it needs 36-inch-wide floor space with standard service clearances. Trade points are the infinite heat controls, 650°F wafer plates for faster heat-up, 1/2-inch griddle plate with grease trough and removable can, stainless construction, and optional casters or solid doors, making it suited to busy kitchens that need versatile cookline capacity and some storage under the top.
