Southbend Platinum Series P36C-SIS is a 36-inch commercial sectional electric induction range, not a full oven or fry station, with two 12-inch cooktops and (2) 3,500-watt induction elements for a 7 kW total load. It is a compact floor/cabinet-base unit at 36" W x 41" D x 36" H, built in 100% stainless steel with a high-impact CERAN glass top, removable 12-inch elements for service, LED 0-9 power-level indicators, automatic infrared shut-off, and a removable drip tray. The cabinet base doors open from the center or can be removed for open storage, and it can also be configured on a TruVection oven base or as a modular unit on a countertop, refrigerated, or freezer base; it suits indoor commercial line service where induction cooking is wanted in a compact sectional format.
