The Bakers Pride Hearthbake Series P44S and P44BL ovens have a countertop configuration. P44-BL. Each baking chamber in the Bakers Pride P44 series ovens has two decks. Each P44-BL deck is 20.75 in (527 mm) wide. Each P44-BL deck is 20.75 in (527 mm) deep. Each P44-BL deck has a listed deck height of 2.75 in (70 mm). The brick-lined model has a Cordierite ceiling, which offers the added benefit of increased temperatures and recovery times. Each Bakers Pride P44 series baking chamber has an independent thermostat. The P44S and P44-BL ovens have a thermostat range of 284–680 °F (140–360 °C). The P44S and P44-BL ovens are available in a 208 V, single-phase configuration. The P44S and P44-BL ovens are rated at 7,200 W in the listed power-supply configurations. The P44S and P44-BL ovens draw 34.6 A at 208 V, single phase.
