The Southbend EMT-10S is a freestanding electric steam kettle system on a 24" cabinet, with a 10-gallon kettle and a 36 kW, 240V, 3-phase boiler, so it fits the larger-capacity end of countertop-style kettle equipment rather than a small batch unit.
