Imperial® Pro Series IR-10-E-XB is a 60" freestanding electric restaurant range with a standard oven and open cabinet, aimed at busy commercial kitchens that need a full-size range line rather than a countertop unit. The top has 10 round 2.6 kW, 9" plates with independent infinite heat controls, and the oven is 5.3 kW with a 150°F–500°F thermostat, porcelainized interior, and chrome rack for standard sheet pans. It runs on 240V, 3 phase, 31.3 kW / 90 amps, is field-wired, and needs a dedicated circuit plus floor space and clearances, so it fits permanent high-use cooking stations where electric service is available.
