KELT-30F … are self-generating steam kettles. KELT-30F … kettles are floor mounted. The KELT-30F kettle has a rated capacity of 30 gallons (114 liters). The 24 kW, 240 V, three-phase electrical configuration draws 57.7 amps per line. The jacket contains a permanent water-and-antifreeze solution that immerses and protects replaceable electric heating elements and provides the steam source. The kettle's tilt mechanism is sealed stainless steel, tilts the kettle forward a full 90° for complete emptying, and is self-locking for positive stop action. The heating elements are thermostatically controlled to provide precise temperatures throughout the range from slow simmer to rolling boil.
