Artisan Stone Deck Oven. The Doyon 2T3 Artisan Stone Deck Oven has three decks. Each deck of the Doyon 2T3 oven holds two 18 × 26 in full-size sheet pans. The oven features zero convection, full temperature control, and customizable deck heights. Each chamber has its own steam tank. The Doyon 2T3 oven has a touchscreen control interface. The Doyon 2T3 oven's control is programmable. The stone interior of each deck of the Doyon 2T3 oven is 3/4 inch thick. The Doyon 2T3 Artisan Stone deck oven is electric. The Doyon 2T3 oven has an electrical input of 19.5 kW at 480 V, 3 phase. The Doyon 2T3 oven is NSF certified.
