Each section of the Blodgett CNVX-14G holds seven full-size sheet pans at 3-1/4 in. spacing. The standard programmable manual control stores up to 100 recipes. The CNVX-14G gas convection oven has an operating temperature range of 140°F to 500°F. gas input btu: 130000. The gas supply inlet pressure specified for a natural-gas section is 7.0 inches W.C. static to the unit. Each standard CNVX-14G gas convection oven section is supplied at 115 VAC.
