The JHPE-2-224-F step-up hot plate is a floor model. The step up hot plates have cast iron open burners. The JHPE-2-224 step-up hot plate has elevated “step up” rear burners. Infinite control manual gas valves at each burner for precise heat control. 14 gauge stainless steel all welded construction. The JHPE-2-224 hot plate is 24 inches wide.
