Imperial® Spec Series IHR-2HT-2-EW-C is a 36" wide freestanding electric range with convection oven, built for indoor commercial use. It combines two wafer plate burners and two hot tops with a 5.3 kW convection oven section, running on 208V/3-phase, 60 amps, with a dedicated circuit required; the footprint is 36"W x 35.875"D x 42"H, so it fits as a floor-standing line piece rather than a countertop unit. The wafer plates are thermostatic/infinite-controlled and rated to 650°F, the heating element is sealed against spills, and the oven includes a 1/4 hp blower motor, porcelainized interior, three racks, and a three-position cook/cool switch, making it suited to high-volume kitchens that need flexible top-surface cooking plus even-heat baking.
