The KELS Full Jacket Electric Steam Tri-Leg Kettle's listed electrical operation options are rated 50/60 Hz. KELS-40F. The KELS-40F kettle capacity is 40 gallons (152 liters). The KELS kettle has a full steam jacket around the full kettle. The 18 kW, 3-phase KELS-F-SB configuration draws 43.3 A per line at 240 V. The controls shall be integrally mounted and shall include a power switch, thermostat, pilot light, low water light, vacuum/pressure gauge, safety relief valve and low water shut off. Construction shall be all welded #4 finish stainless steel, type 304. The food-contact interior liner of the KELS kettle is standard 316 stainless steel for high-acid-content cooking. The KELS kettle is standard with a 2-inch (50 mm) sanitary draw-off valve.
