Each Platinum PRO Series oven has 11 different rack positions. The Platinum PRO Series touchscreen controls have a temperature range of 150°F to 550°F. The touchscreen control digital display shows time and temperature, and a fan-cycle timer pulses the fan. voltage: 240. available in a single-phase configuration. The oven has stainless steel front, sides and top. For the PCEB-PRO-DOUBLE ventless option, a hood is not required.
