The JTKC-24-RAD Chitwood “Smoke” Broiler has a 24-inch charbroiler configuration. The “-RAD” model uses a cast-iron radiant to provide even heat. The JTKC-24-RAD Chitwood “Smoke” Broiler has a radiant burner. A “-RAD” model has one 15,000 BTU/hr burner every 6 inches of broiler. The JTKC-24-RAD range has 2 main burners. The Chitwood “Smoke” Broiler burners are controlled by manual gas valves. The CHITWOOD Smoke-Ejector system provides maximum smoke to the grill surface. The smoke box is independent of main burner heat for cold smoking. The broiler has a 12-gauge all-welded firebox. The broiler has 14-gauge stainless-steel all-welded body construction. The broiler has two separate 14-gauge steel drip pans to control flare-ups. Natural Gas. The broiler has a 3/4-inch gas regulator shipped loose, which must be installed for proper operation.
