Imperial® Spec Series IHR-GT24-2-EW-M_208_3PH is a 36-inch wide heavy-duty countertop electric modular range, not a full floor range or oven, built for indoor commercial use. It combines two sealed 3.75 kW wafer elements with a 24-inch thermostatic griddle top, running on 208V/3-phase, 15.5 kW, 55 amps, with a dedicated circuit and professional install required; the modular unit ships without a base, with stainless stand, casters, or shelf/rack supports available. The 36 x 35.875 x 42 inch footprint and high-heat wafer/griddle combination with infinite heat controls, 650°F max wafer temperature, and spill-protected sealed elements make it a fit for high-volume line service, griddling, and mixed-menu cooking where compact modular output matters.
