The Southbend Platinum Series electric convection oven has a single-deck configuration. PCE11S/S. A hood is not required for PCE single ovens using the ventless option. Installation of PCE single ovens under a vented hood is recommended. The PCE11S/S and PCE11S/T ovens have 11 kW for heating elements per deck. The PCE11S/S and PCE11S/T ovens are listed for 208 VAC, 60 Hz supply. For the PCE75S/S, PCE11S/S, PCE75S/T, and PCE11S/T electric units, the phase must be specified upon ordering. The Southbend Platinum Series oven has 11 rack positions in each oven cavity. Five wire oven racks are provided with each Southbend Platinum Series oven. The Southbend Platinum Series oven with standard controls has a temperature setting range of 140°F to 500°F. The Southbend Platinum Series convection oven with standard controls has a cook timer with a duration of 60 minutes. stainless steel front, sides and top.
