Imperial’s ITG-48-E-VENTLESS is a 48-inch electric countertop thermostatic griddle, not a fry or oven unit, sized for commercial line cooking where a wide flat top is needed. It runs on 208V, 3-phase power, draws 16 kW/58A, and has four 4 kW serpentine elements under a 24-inch-deep polished steel plate with a thermostat for holding set temperature during peak periods; that makes it a high-capacity prep/grill option for burgers, steaks, vegetables, and similar menu items. The ventless design is compatible with Wells ventless hoods, and the stainless front/sides/splash guard, one-piece rolled ledge, 1-gallon grease can, and included 4-inch legs support a clean, serviceable setup; it needs professional installation and is intended for indoor use.
