SE36A-TTT. Convection Oven. The SE36A configuration has a convection oven base. The convection oven has a capacity for six 20-7/8 in × 28-1/4 in racks. Three racks with positive stops are furnished. The SE36 TTT configuration has a 36 in × 24 in griddle section. fuel type: electric. input kw: 22.5. The SE36 TTT, TTB and TTH griddle sections are thermostatically controlled. The SE36 TTT, TTB and TTH griddle-section thermostat range has a lower setting of 150°F. The SE36 TTT … griddle-section thermostat range has an upper setting of 450°F. The frame of the range and oven is welded aluminized steel with stainless steel front, sides and top. Grease troughs are located at front and rear for drainage, with grease chutes into two wide, drawertype receptacles. The griddle models are furnished with splash guards surrounding back and side of the griddle section. Range is 100% front serviceable.
