The Blodgett ZEPHAIRE-200-G gas convection oven uses gas as its fuel type. Each oven section of the Blodgett ZEPHAIRE-200-G accommodates five 18″ × 26″ standard full-size baking pans simultaneously, in left-to-right or front-to-back positions. The temperature control range of each Blodgett ZEPHAIRE-200-G oven section is 200°F (93°C) to 500°F (260°C). The SSI-M control for each oven section of the Blodgett ZEPHAIRE-200-G has separate dials for the thermostat and timer. The SSI-M control for each oven section of the Blodgett ZEPHAIRE-200-G uses solid-state infinite control technology. The oven has a full angle iron frame, stainless steel front, top, sides and legs, and solid mineral fiber insulation at the top, back, sides and bottom. The ZEPHAIRE-200-G maximum gas input is 60,000 BTU/hr per oven section. The ZEPHAIRE-200-G natural-gas inlet pressure range is 7.0 in W.C. minimum to 10.5 in W.C. maximum. The ZEPHAIRE-200-G gas inlet connection is 3/4 in NPT per section. The ZEPHAIRE-200-G 115 VAC supply option is single phase. The current rating in the first listed power-supply configuration for the BLODGETT ZEPHAIRE-200-G oven is 6 A at 115 VAC.
