The Southbend Platinum sectional range is 36 inches wide. The Southbend P36 ComboTop base configuration option A is Convection Oven. The Southbend Model 36A convection oven has three racks. The interior finish of the Southbend Model 36A convection oven is porcelain enamel. The exterior finish is #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel on the front, sides, rear and exterior bottom. gas type: propane.
