Southbend Ultimate Series 60" gas range, model 4602DD-4TR_NG, is a freestanding commercial range with a standard oven base, not a countertop or undercounter unit. It combines (2) 27,000 BTU non-clog open burners with continuous wavy grates, a 48" thermostatic griddle on the right, and two standard ovens at 45,000 BTU each, for a 224,000 BTU total output and a heavy-duty, high-volume floor-line setup for restaurant kitchen service. It runs on natural gas, needs 3/4" gas inlet, and includes stainless front/side construction, manual gas shutoff, factory regulator, standing pilot on the top burners, and battery spark ignition for the ovens.
