The product is presented as a VCS 2000 ventless cooking system with a cabinet base and griddle top. The WVG136 includes a heavy-duty, full-size griddle with a removable splash guard. The WVG136 has an overall width of 42-3/8 in (1076 mm). The WVG136 has an overall height of 77-3/16 in (1961 mm). The WVG136 is specified for 208/240 V. The WVG136 griddle has two controls. The two controls on the WVG136 griddle are independent. The VCS includes a fully self-contained four-stage air-filtration system with a stainless-steel grease-baffle filter with grease cup, a fire-rated fiberglass pre-filter, a HEPA filter, and a carbon-charcoal filter pack. All filters are removable without tools. The VCS has an illuminated early-warning system to monitor filter replacement, a protected-glass-globe interior incandescent light, and stainless-steel construction. installation notes: must be charged by an ansul authorized distributor after installation and before first use. The WVG136 requires 6 in clearance spacers, as indicated by the side-spacer callout. The WVG136 requires a minimum bottom clearance of 6 in (152 mm) from the nearest surface.
