The Platinum PRO Series standard gas convection oven is offered in a double-deck arrangement. The Southbend PCGS-PRO-DOUBLE oven assembly has two oven cavities. The Southbend PCGS-PRO-DOUBLE oven assembly has its two oven cavities arranged vertically, one above the other. The Platinum PRO Series oven is offered for natural gas. Each deck of the Platinum PRO Series oven is available with 70,000 BTU gas input. Each PCGS-PRO-DOUBLE oven cavity has an interior height of 20 in (508 mm). Each PCGS-PRO-DOUBLE oven cavity has an interior depth of 21.5 in (546 mm). Each PCGS-PRO-DOUBLE oven cavity has an interior width of 29 in (737 mm). The touchscreen-control version has a temperature-control range beginning at 150°F. The touchscreen-control version has a temperature-control range ending at 550°F. The Southbend PCGS-PRO-DOUBLE oven has a standard electrical supply notation of 120/60/1 phase.
