The Lang R36C-M* electric range in ATDM configuration has one griddle. The Lang R36C-M* Series convection oven holds up to six full-size 18 x 26-inch sheet pans. The oven thermostat for the Lang R36C-M* Series range convection oven has a temperature range of 150–450°F. The Lang R36C-M* Series ATDM and ATDS griddle control systems have three thermostats. The oven controls include a power-ON switch, damper control, and a 60-minute timer with alarm. The Lang R36C-M* Series range has 21.6 kW total power input. The R36C range draws 69.2 A at 208 V, 60 Hz, three-phase. The range has a heavy-duty 430 Series stainless steel exterior with an attractive No. 4 finish.
