CTBR Base Section (oven only). The CTB/CTBR half-size electric convection oven uses electric heating. 8KW. 220/240, 3PH. Each CTB/CTBR oven compartment supports 13 x 18 in standard half-size bake pans. Each CTB/CTBR oven compartment has nine rack positions. controls: solid state manual with separate dials to control thermostat and time. The CTB/CTBR oven thermostat setting range is 200–500 °F. The oven has a full angle-iron frame; stainless steel front, top, sides and back; a dual-pane thermal glass window encased in a stainless steel door frame; a single chrome-plated door handle; a tilt-down modular front control panel; and solid mineral fiber insulation at the top, back, sides and bottom.
