Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range on propane, built for commercial indoor use and high-volume line work. It combines four non-clog cast iron open burners, a 36" thermostatic griddle on the right, and a standard 45,000 BTU oven base for a 241,000 BTU total output, so it fits kitchens that need burners, griddle, and oven in one floor unit rather than a single-purpose appliance. The 60.75"-wide cabinet-base chassis has stainless front and sides, manual front gas shut-off, factory regulator, standing pilots, battery spark ignition for the oven, and optional center-opening cabinet doors.
