The PCVE-2 electric convection oven has a double-deck configuration. Each PCVE-2 and PCVDE-2 double-deck model includes two oven decks. 5 oven racks included. The PCVE-2 oven control panel is on the front face, to the right of the oven doors as pictured. 2-speed 1/2 hp fan motor for high production cooking and delicate baking. The PCVE-2 and PCVDE-2 ovens have a single-phase electrical rating in the 208 V, 50/60-Hz configuration listed with 51 A per oven. The PCVE-2 double-deck oven is 41 1/2 in. (1054 mm) deep. The PCVE-2 double-deck oven is 74 in. (1880 mm) high. The PCVE-2 double-deck oven is 38 in. (965 mm) wide. Porcelainized oven interior for easy cleaning and provides better browning. The ovens have a stainless steel exterior, except for the back; the exterior reflects a quality, professional look for exhibition cooking.
