Southbend Ultimate Series 60" commercial gas range, model 4602CC-5L, is a floor-standing propane unit built for high-volume line cooking. It has a 60-3/4" wide footprint with a 37" high cooktop and 287,000 total BTUs, using a mix of 4 non-clog open burners with continuous wavy grates plus 2 Pyromax burners in the rear and 3 standard 33,000 BTU burners in the front, so it fits busy prep and sauté service rather than light-duty use. The range is stainless front/sides with a 4" front rail, front manual gas shut-off, factory regulator, standing pilot on the tops, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and two stainless cabinet bases with optional center-opening doors for under-range storage; professional installation is required and it is indoor-only propane.
