Single Convection Oven. PCE75S/T. Touch Controls, Independent Doors, Ventless. PCE75S/T ovens have 7.5 kW for heating elements per deck. PCE75S/T ovens are listed for 240 VAC, 60 Hz supply. For the PCE75S/S, PCE11S/S, PCE75S/T, and PCE11S/T electric units, the phase must be specified upon ordering. The PCE75S/S, PCE11S/S, PCE75S/T, and PCE11S/T electric units are available for three-phase operation. The Southbend Platinum Series oven has 11 rack positions in each oven cavity. Five wire oven racks are provided with each Southbend Platinum Series oven. The Southbend Platinum Series oven with touchscreen controls has a temperature setting range of 150°F to 550°F. The oven has stainless steel front, sides and top. A hood is not required for PCE single ovens using the ventless option.
