Middleby Imperial® Spec Series IHR-GT24-2-EW-XB is a 36" wide freestanding electric range with storage base, built as a wafer-plate top over an open cabinet. It has two 3.75 kW sealed wafer elements plus a 24" thermostatic griddle, runs on 240V, 3-phase, 15.5 kW/47A, and needs a dedicated circuit and professional installation, so it fits a fixed commercial line rather than a light-duty countertop setup. The unit is sized for high-volume kitchen production with infinite heat controls, thermostat control on the griddle, a 650°F max wafer-plate surface, stainless construction, landing ledge, grease trough/can, and adjustable legs; options include casters, bottom shelf/rack supports, extra racks, and solid doors.
