Southbend 36-inch sectional range models … P36D-TTT … have a full-width thermostatic griddle. P36 sectional units have a propane-input configuration. The griddle plate is 1 inch thick and has side and rear splashers; the range also has a 9-1/4-inch-deep front rail and a removable stainless steel grease drawer. The thermostatic control range for the Southbend griddle surface ends at 400°F. Southbend oven-base models have an oven with a standing pilot. The Southbend oven-base oven thermostat ranges up to 550°F. The Southbend oven-base oven uses an “Insta-On” thermostat. The range has stainless steel front, sides, rear and exterior bottom, with fully insulated lining and burner box. All sectional units require a regulated gas supply; a pressure regulator must be ordered separately.
