These heavy-duty heated transport carts are for correctional use with compartment trays. The PH1430 accommodates 90 trays in the 10”x14” format. The PH1430 accommodates 45 trays in the 14”x18” or 15”x20” format. The PH1410, PH1420, and PH1430 heated transport carts have a 1650-watt electrical rating. The PH1410, PH1420, and PH1430 heated transport carts operate on 120 volts. The PH1410, PH1420, and PH1430 heated transport carts are capable of heating to 200° F (94° C). The PH1410, PH1420, and PH1430 heated transport carts preheat to 160°F (71°C). The PH1430 overall width is 70⅜ in (1788 mm). The PH1430 overall depth is 29½ in (749 mm). The PH1430 overall height is 61⅞ in (1572 mm). The cabinet is all stainless steel construction, with 16 gauge polished exterior and 20 gauge interior. The bottom-mounted heater is secured in place with a hold-down strap and tamper-resistant fasteners. The entire unit is removable with tools. The heating element is Inconel-sheathed. The internally cooled fan motor is high-impedance protected. The full-range thermostat is concealed for tamper resistance. A power-indicating light is provided.
