The CTD has a heavy-duty stainless-steel lowerator housing with a stainless-steel bottom and tray platform. The dispenser platform has field-adjustable springs to accommodate differences in tray weights and heights. The number of connected springs can be increased or decreased to change the platform tension release tension in 2.5 oz/in. Disconnected springs remain in place and out of the way. The casters are 5” diameter, all-swivel ball-bearing type, plate-mounted and bolted to the frame; two casters are fitted with brakes, in a wheel-ahead caster pattern.
