The Southbend Platinum PRO convection oven is a single-deck oven. Each oven has 11 rack positions. The rack guides provide rack positions spaced on 1-5/8 in centers. The Southbend Platinum PRO convection oven is heated by electric heating elements. The oven heating elements are available with a combined rating of 11 kW. The oven electrical system is available at 240 VAC. The PCES-PRO-SINGLE electric units are available for single-phase or three-phase operation, which must be specified upon ordering. The SC standard controls use a solid-state thermostat. The SC standard controls have a lowest stated temperature of 140°F. The SC standard controls have a highest stated temperature of 500°F. The SC-Standard Controls’ cook timer has a 60-minute duration. The oven has stainless steel front, sides and top; its oven interior has a coved, fastener-free porcelain enamel finish.
