The Southbend Counterline charbroiler is a countertop model. HDCL-48. width in: 48. HDC-48 and HDCL-48 charbroilers have 8 burners at 20,000 BTU each. gas type: propane. Each HDC and HDCL unit using propane requires a minimum supply pressure of 11 inches W.C. Each straight burner is controlled by a gas valve for independent flame control. The supplied cooking grates are cast iron. The Southbend Counterline charbroiler cooking grids are two-sided. The charbroiler has an exterior finish with front and sides constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel; the bottom and rear are aluminized steel. The charbroiler is field convertible from radiant to briquette cooking.
