The Star Pro-Max 2.0 sandwich grills are designed to cook wraps, sandwiches, chicken breasts, hamburgers, and much more. The design is compact and portable, providing flexibility. PSC28 sandwich grill models have a smooth plate style. PSC28 and PGC28 sandwich grills have cast-iron platens. PSC28 and PGC28 sandwich grills operate between 175°F (79°C) and 550°F (288°C). Star Pro-Max 2.0 sandwich grills accommodate sandwiches up to three [3] inches (76 mm) thick. PGC28/PSC28 sandwich grills use two platens. Each platen used by PGC28/PSC28 sandwich grills has a 13.5 in. x 13.5 in. (343 mm x 343 mm) cooking surface. PSC28 and PGC28 sandwich grills operate on single-phase power. PGC28/PSC28 sandwich grills are rated at 5,400 W when operated at 208 V. PGC28/PSC28 sandwich grills are rated at 7,200 W when operated at 240 V. PGC28/PSC28 sandwich grills draw 30 A at 240 V. PGC28/PSC28 sandwich grills draw 26 A at 208 V.
