Half Size Premium Electric Convection Oven w/Right Hinge Door. CTBR Base Section (oven only). The CTB/CTBR oven's standard-depth baking compartment accepts standard half-size baking pans measuring 13 × 18 inches. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard-depth baking compartment accepts the pans in a front-to-back orientation. 8KW, 208V, 1PH. The CTB/CTBR oven's temperature-control range is 200°F (93°C) to 500°F (260°C) per oven section. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard control has separate dials for thermostat and time control. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard control uses solid-state control technology. The oven has a full angle-iron frame; stainless steel front, top, sides and back; a dual-pane thermal glass window encased in a stainless steel door frame; a single chrome-plated door handle; a tilt-down modular front control panel; and solid mineral fiber insulation at the top, back, sides and bottom. Air in the baking chamber is distributed by a blower wheel powered by a two-speed, 1/4-horsepower motor with thermal-overload protection;.
