The Southbend Platinum sectional range is 36 inches wide. The Southbend sectional range is available as a modular unit for mounting on a countertop, refrigerated base, or freezer base. The Southbend 12-inch open-top configuration has two burners. Each burner in the Southbend 12-inch open-top configuration has a propane input rating of 35,000 BTU. gas type: propane. Southbend sectional units require a minimum gas supply pressure of 11 in W.C. for propane. Each Southbend sectional unit has a rear gas connection sized 1 in. The open-top section has removable, cast iron grate tops and a removable drip tray. The front, sides, rear and exterior bottom are stainless steel. All sectional units require a regulated gas supply (a pressure regulator must be ordered separately). If using a flexible-hose gas connection, the inside diameter of the hose must not be smaller than the connector on the unit and must comply with ANSI Z21.69, providing an adequate means of restraint to prevent undue strain on the gas connection.
