Southbend Counterline thermostatic griddle models have a control temperature setting range of 200°F to 550°F. The HDG-60 and HDG-60-M griddles are 60 in (1525 mm) wide. Units over 48 inches wide are constructed of two bodies on thermostatic models only. cooking surface material: polished rolled steel. The griddle plate is 1 inch thick. Southbend Counterline thermostatic griddle models have “Insta-on” thermostatic controls. gas input btu: 150000. Each 12-inch burner on Southbend Counterline thermostatic griddle models has a gas input rating of 30,000 BTU. The HDG-60 and HDG-60-M griddle models are listed for propane. Southbend Counterline griddles use electronic spark ignition. Southbend Counterline griddles use battery power for their ignition. The HDG griddles must be installed under a vented hood.
