Star Holman 214HX is a countertop electric infrared conveyor oven, not a deck or convection oven, with a 14" wide by 31" long belt for quick service of pizza, subs, cookies, fish and similar items. It runs on 220V, 1PH, 4000W, needs a dedicated circuit, and its compact 31" x 19.44" x 14" footprint with 43-lb weight makes it a low-profile line solution; the unit can also be stacked two-high with the optional kit. Key differentiators are analog belt-speed and top/bottom heat controls, quartz infrared elements above and below the belt, forced convection to keep the conveyor cool, adjustable 1-1/2" to 3" openings, and a removable crumb tray for easier cleanup.
