The X*PERT™ Series Thermo Drawer is the perfect complement to roller grills. Thermo drawers hold hot food products for up to six hours without sacrificing the quality and appearance of the products. With the ability hold products longer, you will reduce waste by moving product from the roller grill to the thermo drawer. SPTU-50. Stainless steel construction. The radiant heating system ensures even heat distributions so all products remain at a consistent temperature. The control system is easy to use, simply set the timer to a specified time and the unit will go into Heat Mode and then automatically enter Hold Mode when the timer hits zero. Drawer is completely removable for easy cleaning. The SPTU-50 Thermo Drawer 120 V configuration is rated for 120 V supply voltage. The SPTU-50 Thermo Drawer is rated at 700 W in the 120 V configuration. The SPTU-50 Thermo Drawer in the 120 V configuration has an overall depth of 19.25 in (489 mm), including the handle.
