HDG-18. Southbend Counterline thermostatic griddle models have a control temperature setting range of 200°F to 550°F. The HDG-18 and HDG-18-M griddle models are listed for natural gas. Each 12-inch burner on Southbend Counterline thermostatic griddle models has a gas input rating of 30,000 BTU. The griddle plate is polished rolled steel. The griddle plate is 1 inch thick. Southbend Counterline griddles use electronic spark ignition. Southbend Counterline griddles use battery power for their ignition. The griddle plate is fully welded and includes side splash guards and a grease drawer. The HDG griddles must be installed under a vented hood.
