The embedded-modulating-thermostat configuration with a polished steel plate applies to Star-Max gas griddle models 615TF. Star-Max griddles are available in a 15-inch width. The griddle plate is 1 inch (2.54 cm) thick. Embedded modulating thermostat models adjust from 150°F to 450°F. gas type: natural gas. gas input btu: 28300. The gas connection on a Star-Max griddle is 3/4 inch in size. Star-Max gas griddles are constructed with stainless steel panel and double-wall aluminized steel side panels; the 4-1/2-inch-high tapered wrap-around stainless steel splash guard comes standard. The unit has a 3-1/4-inch-wide front grease trough with grease chute and a 4-1/2-quart stainless steel grease drawer. Star-Max gas griddle units shown on the page require at least 6 in (152.4 mm) of clearance on the right side from any combustible surface. The back of Star-Max gas griddle units must be at least 6 in (152.4 mm) from any combustible surface.
